The NESTLER EU Project is pleased to invite researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to its 2025 event in Athens, Greece. This event will serve as a collaborative platform for discussing innovative agricultural technologies and sustainability strategies that align with the Farm to Fork objectives of the European Green Deal.

NESTLER, funded under Horizon Europe, focuses on integrating advanced technologies—such as remote sensing, AI-driven analytics, and circular economy principles—into agri-tech solutions to enhance food security and environmental sustainability. This event aims to bring together stakeholders from relevant EU-funded projects, including AGRIDATAVALUE and GEORGIA, to explore synergies and share best practices.

Transportation (From Airport to OTEAcademy):

Taxi

The easiest and fastest way to arrive is by taxi. From the airport it would be some 35€-45€ depending on the traffic.

Metro

🚆 Option 1: Suburban Railway (Proastiakos) + Short Walk

Duration: Approx. 40–50 minutes

  1. From the airport, take the Suburban Railway (Proastiakos) toward Kiato.

  2. Get off at Neratziotissa Station (approx. 30 minutes).

  3. From Neratziotissa, walk to OTEAcademy (about 10–15 minutes, 900 meters).
    Use Google Maps or ask for directions to
    Pelika & Spartis Street in Marousi.

Tickets: One-way ticket costs around €10. Buy it from the station or online.

🚇 Option 2: Metro (Line 3) + Transfer to Line 1 + Short Walk

Duration: Approx. 60 minutes

  1. Take Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) from the airport toward Dimotiko Theatro.

  2. At Monastiraki Station, transfer to Line 1 (Green Line) toward Kifisia.

  3. Get off at Neratziotissa Station.

  4. Walk to OTEAcademy (about 10–15 minutes).

Tickets: Airport metro ticket costs €9 (or €16 for 2 people).
