This will help to fulfil the objectives of the NESTLER project on algorithm development for Early Detection and Warning of Chicken Diseases. In the first stage, the following parameters will be monitored: \u00a0calculation of the average speed of the whole flock, detection of behavioural deviations, abnormal activity, food\/water intake frequency. Later these parameters will be used as metrics to annotate the obtained videos.
